I stayed for 6 nights in a Small Double Room. The room had all I needed like air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, free toiletries, and a private bathroom. The sauna was a nice touch to relax. Super comfy and clean overall. The staff were amazing and helped me book soccer tickets. Great experience!

I really enjoyed my stay! The location is super convenient, being just a short walk from the main shopping area. The free pork soup for supper was a good surprise. Plus, the sauna on the 13th floor is a great way to unwind after a long day. The staff were helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.

The sauna was a nice touch to relax after a long day.

During my stay, I faced some issues with the cleanliness of the room. it could certainly improve in that area. Additionally, the lighting in the room was quite dim, making it hard to see at times. I also had a frustrating experience trying to book a restaurant. the staff assured me that the reservation was made, but the restaurant had no record of it when we arrived.

The location is perfect , just a short walk from Hosui Sukino Station. I really appreciated the late-night free miso ramen snack that was delicious and a nice surprise after a long day. The breakfast offered was small but well-prepared, especially the French toast which I found delightful. I also enjoyed the free mini ice candy available after the sauna, adding a fun touch to the experience.

The breakfast options were limited.

The spacious room featured a convenient built-in sofa, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Daily towel replacement was a nice touch, alongside the nice sauna facilities that added to the comfort. Enjoying the unlimited refills of the delicious night soup made the stay even better, as it used fresh local ingredients. The Small Double Room was super comfy with a cozy mattress. I loved the built-in sofa, perfect for chilling after a long day. Soundproofing was great—hardly any noise from outside. But the lighting was a bit dim, making it tough to read. Still, overall, I had a really nice stay!
